Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. You may feel stuck and unhappy. You may struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue. Or you miss the depth of emotional connection in your close relationships.

I also have extensive training and broad experience in Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 3), personality disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, self-esteem, migration and transitions, multicultural issues, and group therapy.

I am sensitive to and affirming of diverse experiences of race and ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability, religion, nationality, and social class. In addition to my work as a therapist, I have wide experience in the corporate world, where I worked for many years in different leadership roles in the areas of Human Resources and Market Research, leading local and global teams in Fortune 100 companies.

I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I graduated as a Psychotherapist more than three decades ago. I have lived in the United States for twenty years, and I got my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in Atlanta, Georgia.
