Maria Soler offers a safe and supportive space where yoga and psychotherapy intersect. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, she integrates trauma-informed yoga techniques to complement the therapeutic process.
Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 9 am and 12 pm.
Sessions are adapted to your comfort level—no prior yoga experience is required.
